My name is Karyna Mangusheva.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. I received a graduate-level certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland in 2022.

I am a learning and development professional with over 8 years of experience in training, education and instructional design. My strengths include design thinking, creative multimedia content development,and a proven track record of effectively engaging and educating adult learners. I am passionate about applying advances in learning science to design effective learning experiences.
